The internet was not working sometimes and the water went down and so we did not have water a few times and there was no hot water in the shower sometimes and the room had no refrigerator or microwave and there was no phone to call the front desk in the room. "I have rated the Hotel excellent because of the staff that runs it. The issues we incurred were not due to the hotel, but to the local power company. The local power company does not serve the locals well. They are currently (during our visit) turning the power off at random times. Often times we were without wifi (due to power outages) and could not charge our phones for the same reason. "

"Excellent boutique hotel with very accommodating staff. Spacious, clean room with good bed and a bit too high tech TV (Staff always promptly came to my aid to adjust.) My limited dining experience was good. There is a beautiful pool and seating area. The location was a bit distant from my destinations, but the restful location is a plus. I actually slept with a window open vs air conditioning during part of my visit. A favorite. "

"My family enjoyed our stay at Infinity Bay. We had a spacious 2 bedroom condo. The property was beautiful . My only complaint is, I wish the bar/food area would remain open later than 10pm on weekdays and later on weekends. Snacks and water should be accessible during after hours. "
