"I had booked a villa online through Expedia. The reservation went through and they charged my card, so I assumed it was confirmed. The morning we were leaving for Guanaja I emailed them about providing us an airport shuttle. They claimed they did not have our reservation on record! "Location was excellent. 1/2 block up from main road with all restaurants, etc. Road is a dirt road which can be muddy. As anywhere in the area you did have to keep an eye on your surroundings with some of the people around."

"We had a great time during our week vacation at Bananarama. The staff was really helpful if we needed transportation to our excursions. The complementary breakfast is outstanding at the Thirsty Turtle and they have a great pizza too. It’s mainly a place for scuba divers, but not exclusively. We were there just to relax enjoy the beautiful water, beach, sunsets, and snorkeling. "
