"This hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed in. The front desk staff were very professional. The lobby was very welcoming. Our room was immaculate as was the bathroom. The breakfast was much better than most we have had. The coffee was hot and delicious! We wish all Comfort Inns met these standards. We also received a 10% discount at the restaurant next door for staying at the Comfort Inn."

"The rooms were very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a hot breakfast every morning. Our only issue was the swimming pool was closed our entire stay for repairs. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in Mountain Home, AR."

"The room was a check-in self check-in. No one was at the location outside. Everything appeared fine. Drove back to the back where our room was and unfortunately that’s where it went south. Three or four guys back there with theor room doors open hanging over the balconies. Looking at them and theirs rooms as we walked by them they looked to be long time renters. We went ahead and looked at the room and just felt unsafe. So I called to off site attendant and told her we would not be staying. Totally a bad choice"

"Assigned to cabin #6 but it was not clean. So I went back to the office and many appoligies and they put me in cabin #4 It was good, a little rustic and had one surge strip that didn't work but the livingroom surge strip worked fine. Got to see fish in the river swimming. The only drawback was the trains. They went thru about 3 times a night, whistle blowing and wheels shreecking. But after the first night you can tune it out. Management was so helpful. Good people and good stay. Lots of birds chirping in the morning. Very peaceful. I sure will go back. If you have pets, the grounds are well kept and no worries about ticks or fleas. GREAT STAY"
