Convenient hotel for an early flight out of Tokyo. Transport to the nearby malls and train station was a bonus!

Was visiting friends in Tsukuba, a place that is much more quieter than major cities in Japan. The hotel is just 3 mins walk from the Tsukuba station. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff despite some language barrier. Check-in was a breeze and the room is just about the right size for a small queen size bed. Standard room amenities were provided. The LCD TV looked kind of small but still OK for viewing of programs.

The hotel is just beside the Train station, so going places is easy by train. The room is clean, just that it is a bit small. However was surprised as there is a bathtub in the bath room considered it small room.Very clean though. Oh ya, the breakfast is very good, local japanese style breakfast really delicious. Thank You

The room is spacious and clean. It is near the train station, just 5-10 mins walk. There are some restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The airport shuttle service is good. It is a good option to stay in order to catch early flight.

My original intent for choosing this hotel was its convenient proximity to the airport, given my early morning flight. Yet, this property exceeded my expectations and emerged as more than a simple transit stopover. The availability of shuttle services to both airport terminals, Aeon Mall, and the main Narita station, coupled with the hotel's extensive range of amenities, offered me a rich spectrum of activities. We had a great stay at Narita Tobu Hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The free airport shuttle was a big plus, making transfers so convenient. The highlight for me was definitely the Refa shower head iykyk. Overall, a pleasant stay and highly recommended, especially for travellers flying in or out of Narita Airport.

I was warmly greeted by a lady upon arrival to the hotel lobby. She was warmed and friendly while assisting me to check in. I am unable to catch her name tag as it was written in Japanese but I will remember her face and smile. Friendly and approachable yet professional in her work. Hotel was clean and neat upon arriving. Really good value, A bit far out from city center (20-30 minutes) but just beside a comuter train station so convinient anyway.

Room bigger than I expected, newer/cleaner than other business hotels. Housekeeping was also great. I put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign and they left supplies/toiletries on the door. Thanks for that nice touch!
