Staff friendly. Clean and comfortable stay. Near Kenkyugakuen station but there's nothing much in walking distance. There’s shopping centre with lots of shop (according to Google map) but we didn’t go because it's about 1km away and i couldn't walk much with my injured leg.

Great hotel next to the station. Made it extremely easy to organise meetings with everyone travelling from Tokyo. Choice of restaurants including room service for quality traditional Japanese meals.

The room is nice and large, with open spaces. There is a window from the bathroom to see the TV. The staff are always extremely professional. The spa is wonderful, and the smoking area is convenience and bright - not a dungeon. My favorite hotel in Ibaraki-ken.
