"Check in took forever and was a joke, the lady at the front desk could have used help with everyone checking in on Memorial weekend. Exterior Door number 3 doesn’t lock all the time and the key cards don’t work well. Not to worry though folks, we just got new cards without verifying that we were staying in those rooms! No questions asked on 3 different occasions, all different people working. No one asked for ID or even if our names matched the room… They didn’t care when this was brought up. The pool is very nice and clean. It “closes” at 11pm but if your room is a room that goes into the pool then it appears to be 24hrs! Which is cool if you’re swingers but our kids were freaked out by people knocking on our door all hours of the night and yelling “just open it and join in”. Will never stay here again unless management changes or starts to do their job."

"Staff was amazing! The hot tub is listed but was not working for the duration of our stay which was 6 days. The room was clean but it should have been scrubbed, I suppose because they are remodeling that is why there is a mess or that they just don't care to scrub the older rooms, I am not I did not see what a new room looked like. The stay was good for the price. The breakfast was yummy, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee and milk are offered. Breakfast hours are great enough time to get down and eat. The pool needs a deep cleaning and although the room is warm the water was cold, some people may like it that way. The washer needs a deep cleaning it smells of mold but I am greatful there was one available. Overall I would go back of I was in a pinch again but this time I would call ahead regarding the hot tub it was one of the amenities I wanted to use the most."

"What started out as a double booking error, we had a good time, although didn't get to partake of the Waterpark this visit. Staff did a great job of making a mishap into a nice quiet and restful couple days stay! Good breakfast although would have like varied egg choice(perhaps scrambled) as sausage and egg sandwich options. All around, a 4 outta 5!"

"The pool area was so great for my kids during a trip back to visit family and friends. It gave them something to be excited about during a long visit with lots of people they didn't know very well :) The hotel is beautiful for this price range. Some of the carpets were pretty worn but overall, it was stylish and very nice. The staff were all super helpful and friendly."
