"It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you enter you realize it is super nice. When you check-in you order your breakfast and they ask you what time you want it delivered to your room. It's a real breakfast cooked just for you and it arrives at the time you said. Also, they ask what time you would like to be driven to the airport and the next morning they do it at the correct time in a nice-looking van. I don't speak Spanish and I had no problems."

"Stayed for two nights, the hotel is simple and nice. However, this is the first time I stayed at a hotel where the staff is extremely loud while doing their work (cleaning the rooms or checking if you need laundry?). Staff started their shift early morning, no later than 8:00am. First morning got woken up by a knock at 8:00am asking if we had laundry. The next morning got woken up by an extremely loud knock and a loud voice at 4:45am!!!! Apparently the people staying next door requested to be woken up at that time. Not sure why the need to knock and yell that they were there to wake them up as they requested. The rooms had phones, why not just give them a call!?"

"I Have been staying in this hotel for years. The staff is amazing they always make sure to make our stay very pleasant. They go above and beyond. Every visit we do they remember us by our names My son is in the spectrum and as a parent I am very grateful for their understanding and empathy they have shown me and family. I want to thank Rudy for always being so kind and caring to my family. The food is amazing the rooms are comfortable and clean."
