10/10 Excellent

"When we checked in Thursday evening young lady at the front desk was smiling , helpful, and kind. She also helped us with the TV. Issue later in the evening , what a pro. The pool and hot tub were sparkling, clean and just the right temperature.. The rooms were clean and stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Good pillows too. Twenty four hour coffee machine and the breakfast in the morning was very good. Plentiful luggage carts and good parking In a well lit parking lot. Food across the street and in a great location , clean neighborhood . The quality for the price was more than reasonable, I will stay here again."

"The room smelled (like vinegar, strangely), there was a wear hole in my bedsheets, they seemed understaffed and less than caring (maybe due to the staffing). Also, I just wanted to watch some local news in the evening and could not locate any local channels on their DirectTV service. So, called and simply asked how I could find them, but the response was "I don't know", and no offer to look into it or anything that would have felt supportive. Disappointing stay."

"There are a lot of long-term residents at this location, and any good majority of them seem to be smokers. There are cigarette butts all along the stairs and walkways. I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vent in my room. The room itself wasn’t bad and was on par for a budget motel."
