"This is our first time in Jersey and we were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing, the staff were all very wonderful they all made us feel special. The room was lovely but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me but this is really down to personal preference. All the meals that we had were delicious and well presented. The fridge was as always stocked with bottles of water and Jersey Milk in a carton and not in little pots which was a nice touch. We ordered Room Service a couple of times and that was very good also. I would definitely recommend this hotel, our room had an ocean view which was so nice and hearing the sea was so calming and relaxing."

"The property is great. It has great views of the marina and is right beside the bus station so very convenient for getting around. They have fresh Scones and Croissants free every morning. The room is very quite which was great because we are light sleepers. The staff are also very helpful. We will be coming back."

"Amazing place for a base to explore the island. Room was upgraded as it was my birthday. An extra little touch was a beautiful card in my room. Staff extremely friendly, spotlessly clean. Food top notch. Room and view were fantastic. Private steps down to the beach. Fabulous place. It is honestly the best view in the bay. Thank you for making our holiday so special, i lost a bracelet whilst i was there, i mentioned it to receptionist and she called the cleaners to look out for it, it was found in the corridor within 5 mins. Absolutely brilliant service "

"We really enjoyed ourselves here. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, providing good service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. As with other hotels in Jersey, the parking area is fairly tight for a large vehicle but equal to or better than the others I have experienced. Jersey as a whole was not designed for large vehicles. There is a convenient bus stop just outside the hotel with a regular service. The garden was a great place for a coffee, very peaceful. This will certainly be our hotel of choice if/when we return to Jersey. "
