The Savoy Jersey

The Savoy Jersey

8/10 Good
"We had a jacuzzi room, the room was clean but looked a little tired, the room was large with plenty of storage, iron and ironing board supplied. The bathroom was huge with a large walk in shower and separate jacuzzi bath, twin sinks which was lovely. Breakfast was good quality with good choice, staff friendly especially reception staff, restaurant staff a little moody. It was a very hot room, no air con, had two fans and still far to hot, definitely something that needs looking at, as would not stop again in summer due to this. Cleaning staff ok, but missed topping up milk, tea and coffee, bed and towels done daily, carpet needed hoovering mid week but attention to this detail was not met. Overall, nice hotel but definitely needs attention with the heat and sprucing up a bit. Would go back if these details were addressed."

Ommaroo Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"We had a really lovely family stay at the Ommaroo and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a really good choice each morning, and the swimming pool was a brilliant bonus – the children particularly enjoyed it and we ended up using it several times during our stay. The location at Havre des Pas is fantastic, right by the beach and really convenient for getting into St Helier or catching buses to explore the rest of Jersey. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. If I were to suggest one small addition, a fridge in the room would have been handy, particularly when staying as a family, but that's a very minor point. Overall we had a great stay, felt very comfortable there and would happily return to the Ommaroo on another trip to Jersey."

Liberty Wharf Apartments

10/10 Excellent
"The apartment was right in St Helier, just above the bus station, which although you could hear the buses, didn't bother us at all as everything went quieter in the evening. Everything was spotless, the bed was nice and comfy, and the living room was a good size with a view of the harbour. The kitchen was a reasonable size, with everything in it that you would need. The bathroom was nice although as the shower was over the bath it was a little narrow, but nice and powerful. Staff were helpful and polite, and if you got up early enough had free scones and croissants in reception for you to have. Very happy, and had a wonderful stay."
