"I had an outstanding experience thanks to Xiomara Hernández and Fatima. The customer service was top-notch. Xiomara was incredibly attentive—always checking in to see what my wife and I needed. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was spotless. The bathroom was a perfect example of cleanliness: the towels were very clean, the toilet, shower, and sink all perfectly organized and spotless. Fatima and Xiomara, with their care, made our stay exceptional. I 100% recommend this place and plan to return next year."
