Overall the level of standards is very high. We travel a lot both in Europe and in North America and we were very pleasantly surprised by the overall Hotel's amenities, the staff and services. They truly make you feel home. Definitely recommend with no hesitation! And if/when we come back to Tbilisi, we'll stay in Mercure. "
