"Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. "Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...

"Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items. I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were...
