"Overall, an average stay. Did the job of serving as a safe, quiet, and well situated location for a short stay. Email communications were never responded to. A little over priced for the actual value of the space, but overall it was neither bad nor anything exceptional. Just ok. May consider them again in the future. "

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

"This hotel is right next to the railway station and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We registered on the hotel app choosing to be environmentally friendly and agree to not having the room cleaned for the 3 days we were there and that gave us a refund on 10 CHF. We were surrounded by great restaurants and were able to walk to all the attractions However the metro was right outside if we needed it lovely room and comfy beds. We were given a Swiss pass which gave us free travel on trains and buses. Excellent service, we will be back!"
