"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "Staff were very kind and helpful. The suite was a little dated but clean. The location was perfect , right by the old town shopping street lines with restaurants, 10min walk from train station and 3 minutes from cathedral. The only downside was not having working elevator to carry suitcases through winding stairs to and from 4th floor room. "

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."

"A very good, comfortable hotel. Well located being next to the main rail station, the city’s 2 metro lines and nearby bus services. Room was good and bathroom had a good shower. Breakfast had a good choice of food and drinks. Would definitely use again."
