The staff did not hesitate to honor our reservation, they assured us they would Contact hotels.com to get everything straightened out and they did! We were offered a complimentary upgrade and free drinks for the hassle. The room was fantastic! Water level with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The shower was supersize! A very pleasant stay, will definitely come back again!"
