"The room was very spacious, clean, a nice atmosphere with comfortable beds. The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. The room also had a couple of extra pull-out tables to use. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast that was put out each morning near the lobby. The location of the hotel was great. There is a steak house right next door, which is only a few steps away. There is also a theater, ice cream shop, and a convenient store all within walking distance. We felt safe and secure knowing that the room key was needed to operate the elevator to get to our floor. Only lets you access the floor your room is located on. A smart system which we experienced for the first time. All in all a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We would stay here again in the future. "

"Ok, so we were at another location less than 1/4 of a mile! The accommodations were very nice, but, check in and rules given were and intimidating! Not to mention the amenities such as the hot tub was sub par, not vwarm and cloudy. We felt lineuf we sneezed the wrkng way we'd be charged a penalty. So, we checked out early and came here. Omg! What a difference! Staff is so friendly, check in was a breeze, and our accommodations were everything we could hope for!"

"Well it was fairly clean n check in was easy but i did the precheck in before i got here. Quiet place for sure. Im just traveling from seattle to cleveland looking for decently priced hotels.. this one fit the bill.."
