The location is fantastic for csu parents. Easy to walk to campus and old town. I was bummed not to be able to check in early but it all worked out. Rooms are nice and clean except for the windows. I would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for my husband and I. We had a second story room, I feel like if you were on the first floor there might be a lot of noise from the wood floors above you. Room was large, clean and modern. Location was A+. Close to CSU campus and town. Parking didn’t seem to be too big of an issue. We would consider staying here again.

Convenient location,facility like was fine, good deal! I was a little bothered that I couldn’t lock my interior door with a dead bolt or such since I was traveling solo as a female. Parking fairly easy but a tad of a walk. FoCo is safe yet again as a solo female I keep my guards up! I’d stay again for sure!!

Was such a cute place to spend a few nights at. Very close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores! I was able to get free parking on Howes street every day also. Room was great and nicely “styled”! They even left some welcome cookies on the desk for when I arrived!

Loved the room and the location. It was just what we wanted and only 2 blocks from the oval. It is cute and close to campus. Two things to know: 1) We were in the top corner room (Mulberry & Howes) which has the original windows, so the traffic noise could be heard, but it wasn't so loud that some earplugs couldn't block it out. 2) The standard information from the host was great, but I didn't get any responses to my inquiries to the host before our stay. This could be because we booked though a 3rd party vendor (Expedia). It was very cozy and we really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful place in Fort Collins! Walking distance to plenty of food and drink options and a market. The location is ideal, The property is exactly as described, communication from staff on point. I already booked two more nights and I will stay here whenever I’m in the area moving forward.

Room was much smaller than we thought - comfortable enough but we were holding onto our CSU kid’s luggage and it was tight quarters, Great location near FoCo however parking was a huge pain - had to set the alarm to move the car every morning before 8 and couldn’t always find street parking close by at night.

The room was very quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. As a single visitor, I felt safe entering and exiting the building. Charming and historic character of the building that has been thoughtfully restored with beautiful tiled shower and comfortable bed!

Perfectly situated (ground floor level) room. Clean and comfortable + efficient telephone-guidance by host Devon. Only 1 critical remark: guests arriving on the second floor can be noisy/ wooden floor is a bit noisy.
