"Friendly staffs especially Stephanie and Georgette. Always smiling and willing to help. My only concern was the electricity (current) issue. The backup power supply is not too good. The property itself can benefit from a little bit of maintenance especially the yard."

"Beautifully appointed with extensive inside and outside bar and dining options, nice pool and exercise room, air conditioning in the room that was reliable and adjustable to suite. Good menu to suite practically any international or Liberian taste. Staff were well-trained, competent, and friendly!"

"They need to improve their customer services. I arrived at the hotel around 8PM tired after a long flight. Unfortunately, I took about 30mins for someone to receive me at the reception as there was no staff. I went to the room and after an hour the city power went off and their generator had an issue. I waited for about 3 hours without electricity so I had to leave the hotel and move somewhere else. Hope they can improve on these points but the hotel location is ideal."
