Es gab vorbereitete Tips zum Aufenthalt, wo geht man essen für welchen Geschmack, was sollte man sich ansehen, alles sehr informativ, der Gast ist hier sehr wichtig, das war unser Eindruck. "Leider war der Teppich im Zimmer mit großen Flecken versehen. Das war sehr ekelig. Samstags wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Die Zimmer- und Flurtüren schließen über eine Hydraulik sehr laut. Das stört den Schlaf und andere Hotelgäste. Das Frühstück war nur mit dem nötigsten versehen. Die Rezeption ist erst ab 14.30 Uhr besetzt. Das Restaurant war geschlossen."

"Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Der Preiskatekorie entsprechend war es sehr gut. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: Check in sollte ab 12 Uhr sein und vor Ort wurde uns 14 Uhr mitgeteilt, was jedoch dann auf unseren Wunsch hin auf 12:30 vorverlegt wurde. Zugang zum Hotel nicht 24 Std. möglich. Wir waren unterwegs und sind gegen 6 Uhr zum Hotel gekommen. Der Schlüssel öffente nicht die Tür und geklinkelt haben wir auch ohne Resonanz.
