"Room was clean, staff was friendly. The only problem was it is very noisy, seemed like constant door slamming, and you could hear people walking in the room above(heavy footed)"

"There is an item listed on your breakfast menu that says build your own breakfast for $12.00. I added an egg ftom the $11.00 breakfast thinking it would fall into the “build your own” description. Guess not! I was charged $1.50 for the extra egg. HERE is the issue, question and comment. How can you have a menu item listed as “Build your own breakfast” with no parameters listed. How is the customer supposed to know where the limits are. Why couldn’t a customer say “ I want the build uour own option with 25 eggs, 20 slices of bacon and 12 pancake??? Lose the menu item. If there are no guidelines listed, then you would need to allow anything anyone orders. In other words, whoever put that item on the menu is a moron."

"This was a step up from places we usually stay and I was a bit disappointed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Dark roast coffee in the morning was out. When my husband turned the shower on the lower shower head was previously turned on and pointed outside of the shower which got him and the floor wet. However the room was comfortable, clean and easily accessed and the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional"

Then when I went the next morning for breakfast, I was told there was a charge - after I had put breakfast on my plate. "
