"We stayed here for a family reunion and I do not recommend if you come here with children or those who have a difficult time getting around - the steps in the house are pretty dangerous (we actually had an aunt fall and break her foot) and the dock is also not great to have children around. The property has not been well-maintained and there was water getting into the house and many dead trees on the property dropping branches during a storm. "Carpet was stained in every carpeted room. Pool not heated, which was told after booking. Hot tub not working not advised until late evening before checking in. Said they would compensate for extreme inconvenience. I have not heard anything back. Used for birthday party and unable to use 2 main attractions. Outdoor water sports were great but gets dark so early not able to utilize for long. Kitchen area was fantastic and set up is great for large group. Biggest issue was pool and hot tub which...

"We had a wonderful family vacation at this Lake Norman house. Anything you could think of was provided at this beautiful house. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the water, playing games, and simply enjoying family time together. We can’t wait to come back!"
