This used to be the worst place to stay since I was a kid. I booked the wrong hotel and I didn’t want to change the reservation so we just stayed. It was clean and didn’t have bugs like it used too. Definitely staying again when I come into town again.

We booked our stay at the Days Inn in Lincolnton because it was a pet friendly option close to our final destination. The property was nothing like what we expected as we’ve stayed in many Days Inn’s before. This place was mainly a place for homeless people, public offenders on house arrest, etc. The room was clean, but the lines were old and I did notice a few worn places in the sheets. The moldings around the door frames were badly in need of painting. The pool area was blocked off, in need of repair and totally drained. I would not recommend this place.

A staff member at the reception, Jaimi, was quite helpful, polite and friendly. Property is very clean and tidy. The Area is very quiet and peaceful. There are lot of choices for food via uber eat. The house keeper lady was such a very nice, hardworking, polite and friendly person. I will stay at this hotel again if on vacation in the area.

This place was terrible. Paint peeling off the doors & walls, mold in bathroom, sink didn’t drain well. When my spouse took a shower, they couldn’t get the water to shut off, plus the tub wasn’t draining. Had to call someone because the water ran over the tub all into our room. They couldn’t get the water off & had to use a wrench. Used our ice bucket to dump water from tub into toilet, but the damage was done. We checked out right away. No apology was given either. STAY AWAY from this poorly run & poorly maintained hotel.

Pool, out of service. Has a leak they can’t fix. Their continental breakfast is coffee and muffins, cheap store bought muffins in plastic. And they charge a $100 deposit, to preserve what??? Pillows are tiny and uncomfortable. The beds are uncomfortable and the shower stained with god knows what.

Management was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the community. My only complaints are that the breakfast was too little. They served prepackaged muffins and coffee with travel size condiments. My other concerns is that property needs to be updated. The air conditioning was old and loud with knocking noise at night. Almost all the units grills were damaged and just look horrible from outside parking lot. The cabinets inside were made of cheap products. The paint inside and out is peeling terribly!!! I haven’t seen paint peel like this since lead based paint in 70’s!!! The bathtub had a broken and tarnished drain and stopper. The room provided shelter but not much more.

This hotel is false advertisement. The rooms smell so bad. Sheets had stains on them. They also had not been changed. Dog hair and dirt all over them. The pool is NOT open nor will it be for a while. There is NO breakfast like it says online either. The rooms are in major need of upgrades. If there was a way to get my money back I would. I would have much rather slept in my car. But you get what you pay for I guess. If there was a 0 stars I would definitely of hit that.
