"Over charged on 2 of 4 rooms. 1 room had no cold water for showers so had to use another cabin.informed staff and nothing done. Quilts need cleaning badly very dirty there were cockroaches in 2 rooms. This could be a great park but they need to spend some money and tidy the place up. There so much more I could say but best to say no more. Don’t stay here."

"It was a lovely location overlooking the harbour with a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Downtown Mackay was a simple short drive away. The room was a good size, spacious and clean. Having a little kitchenette was ideal. I would stay here again."
