It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. "We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond our expectations with made to order waffles and omelettes, fresh fruit, and a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and clean. There were some great dinner options nearby. The game room and pool were under renovation, but we look forward to seeing them on our next visit!"

"It took 25 minutes to check in because only 1 person at desk at 3pm. We stayed in room 137. There was a strange loud thumping sound in pipes. I told front desk, she said no maintenance until Monday. It kept me up for long time. Next morning at check out the clerk said they KNEW there is an issue, have had a plumber out but he couldn't figure it out. They said it affecting a few rooms! They should not have put us in there, offered to move us or something! They never should be occupied. No towels at pool in the evening. The pool area was supposed to open at 9AM, still closed for cleaning when we checked out at 11."
