"This really is my favourite place to stay in Newcastle. Its lots of little things, its the lovely staff & the room service, its the easy parking & extended hours of business, its the location & the convenience, its the great facilities & the ease of mod cons including double headed showers & phone & media device plugins & a really good set-up for late night check-ins & security at all hours. "The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! My only little gripe was that the ice-cube tray had the remnants of something orange in it. I would strongly recommend this hotel overall! N.B. If you're a light sleeper, just be warned that you can hear the town clock chiming. "
