Mandalay Region Holiday Rentals

Saw Nyein San Guesthouse is a place that I would highly recommend staying at due to the convenient location and hospitality of the owner. I stayed 2 nights here and the double bedroom was spacious. Air conditioning worked well, and so did the Wi-Fi. The toilet also had a bath tub and hot water was available. When I arrived at 6am by bus, I was able to check in immediately and get a good rest. The owner also has some good recommendations for food in the area. Rental of ebike was affordable at...

We stayed there for 2 nights. It is near to main road where there are many restaurants. From the rooftop restaurant, you can see the balloons being launched just before sunrise. And then have breakfast after. Breakfast is good with a decent spread. Comes with egg station. Though the staff cooking didn't speak much she had pictures and was super accommodating. The reception also had tours, balloon rides and e-bikes for rental though we did not make use of the services. ATM just outside and a...

A simple and clean small hotel. The staff is helpful and polite.

We were very satisfied with the room, staff service quality and the massages! Wish we had stayed longer! The only minus is the hotel food which is rather pricey and only average in quality.

Lovely hotel building and awesome breakfast. You can choose either Shan style (Shan noodle or Yellow rice) or western breakfast. It's just a bit inconvenient to take a walk at night as there's no lump along the road to Clock tower. However you may take taxi. I would love to stay there again if I visit to Kalaw again.

Best hotel i stayed in myanmar. Room was so clean. Staff were so attentive, i felt like a millionaire. Definitely recommend.

Got an upgrade to a superior room because we wanted a double bed. Hotel staff were really very friendly; we needed to book bus tickets to Mandalay and they just told us to leave it to them, and they contacted all the bus companies and got us the tickets we needed. Besides that, on our checkout day, the bus's pickup time was 4am, and the staff even asked if we needed a breakfast box for the bus ride because we would miss their buffet breakfast. Thumbs up for service excellence. Also, we wanted to...

Great hotel, very nice terrace. The restaurant was good, and there is a wonderful traditional dance/music/puppet show performed by excellent artists. The room was very spacious but didn’t have any windows on the outside : we missed a bit some external natural sunlight. We staied 2 nights so we didn’t mind that much. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. Many thanks Yadanarbon we enjoyed the stay!

The staffs are very friendly but spoke and understood limited English. I enquired about local day tours but the staff could not really give me much useful info., perhaps due to lack of proper training.

Good location in centre of town
