"The room was clean the stuff was amazing they were extremely helpful. Parking is a real struggle in mardin but they helped us to find parking. It was a great experience we had. We only wish they had crib for baby it will be better but we managed it well. "

"The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. "Just a beautiful hidden gem in quiet side of midyat a few kilometres from the CBD but the village atmosphere is amazing my room was amazing just like in the pictures very comfortable impeccably clean had my own terrace also would highly recommend this boutique hotel service with a smile nothing was too much for the staff will definitely stay here again breakfast was continental style .
