I recommend it because it's comfortable, has good service, and there's a bus stop and a shopping center just a block away. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It's located in the new part of Mardin and is close to the airport shuttle. Ihigrecommend it. del inglés

Good location friendly people bed sheets were not very comfy lots of shampoos put I found some of them were half way means they were used and put them their I removed it put it aside next day was on back on the try didn’t feel comfortable to use very small towels and thin worn out 🙂

On the fence, not sure if I can recommend

We were travelling in a group and were looking to book multiple rooms and this hotel came up as a good option. Here is, what I hope, is my balanced review: PROS: - Check-in was quick and easy, which was appreciated. - Breakfast was basic but adequate. The breakfast area has a balcony running around it with tables, and it was nice to be able to soak up some sun over breakfast in the morning. - There is a supermarket just around the corner if you need to pick up any incidentals. CONS: - The room wasn't big enough to swing a cat and was a bit like a prison cell. To be fair, it was an 'economy single' room and, presumably, standard rooms are more spacious. In any case, I could just about manage the room size since it was only for one night. More than one night and I would've likely lost my mind. - Housekeeping leaves much to be desired. Not only did I find the previous guest's used towel hanging in the bathroom, but I also found a cigarette butt floating in the toilet. These are in no way acceptable, except perhaps in a youth hostel. - The Old City is not walkable from the hotel, so if you don't have a car then you'll need to take taxis to and from. Beware of taxi drivers who charge whatever they want after midnight. On balance, the hotel isn't a complete disaster but, because of the room size and housekeeping issues, I am not sure I can recommend it.

What a joke of a hotel. Expedia shows it right in the heart of Mardin Old City, but surprise—it’s actually 5 miles away in the middle of nowhere. Total false advertising. When I pointed this out, the receptionist couldn’t care less. He was loud, rude, and basically told me “not my problem, talk to Expedia, take it or leave it.” Wow, amazing customer service. If you enjoy being lied to, treated like garbage, and stranded far from the location you actually paid for, this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

Bathroom tiles are slippery when dry, wet and it is like walking on ice. No body soap is provided, although specifies so. Shampoo smeels like tobacco. Double bed (two twins put together) was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Barely slept. Breakfast is average with majority food being extremely oily. Reception staff was friendly. Towels and slippers were changed rapidly when requested

I have totally stayed there 2 nights and 1 night through Expedia booking. I believe there is some communication problem between Expedia and the hotel's own management. I booked a room with breakfast but the hotel personal claimed the booking is room only. That is quite a disappointment, coz this is the first time i had this kind of booking problem with Expedia. I don't take the issue so seriously and continue my stay but it is not a pleasant issue to have on any kinda vacation. The hotel claimed extra payment if i would like to have breakfast and naturally i refused them. Anyway i belive The Expedia individual should discuss the effectiveness of communication link with hotel management to prevent future booking problems between customers and hotel management. Paying room and breakfast but not getting breakfast without extra payment is not a decent issue to have!

1. Reception staff was very rude and unhelpful. 2. The location indicated on Expedia.com is incorrect. The hotel is not in the Old City, but rather in a noisy, uninteresting suburb, which is located quite far from the center. You will have to take taxis to get to the old city. 3. Breakfast is basic and there are limited healthy options. Juices are artificial. They charge extra for omelettes.

oda giriş kartlarımızı almak için yaklaşık1.5 saat bekledik. aynı anda iki tur otobüsü ile denk geldik malesef. Otel çok yoğun ben üç kişilik odada kaldım ve yatacağım yer için ne çarşaf ne yastık ne de yorgan yoktu. yaklaşık 4-5 saat boyunca bunların gelmesini bekledim ama malesef beklerken uyuyakalmışım. personel yetersiz otopark sorunu var ancak her şeye rağmen fiyat performans oteliydi.
