"This was my worst experience of my stay in new zealand. I had believed that i would have cooking facilities in my cabin. I was obviously mistaken as there was only the shared kitchen etc. My room was very spartan. There were no bedside cupboards or lights - just 2 upturned fruit crates. The bedding was basically clean but very tired. The pillows were badly stained and didnt smell too good so i had to wrap a towel around them before lying on them.
