"Staying on the Isle des Embiez was fabulous. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The island is beautiful and a wonderful place to explore in the daytime, with small beaches to find. In the evenings we had wonderful food at Sarti, followed by the magical DJ at Sunset evening and the live band the next night. "

On the other hand, the receptionist from the hotel managed to solve my issue, but the APP should be clearer with the information. "The room was very clean. Parking was very easy, which was a huge plus due to our previous parking issues in surrounding areas. Check in was a lot easier than expected since my husband and I don't speak French and thought it would be hard to check in. The manager, Hassan was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. He provided us with tips on how to take the trains and even taught us a bit about French history. We would definitely stay there again. "
