"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at—highly recommended!"

"There was no towels in the room. I called housekeeping twice and nothing, called the front desk twice, then I was told to go downstairs to get it after 45 mins of waiting. We had dinner reservations that I had to move 4 times because we couldn’t shower until we go the towels. We had no shampoo, no sheets for the bunk beds, I asked for accommodation they said they couldn’t do anything. I asked to extend for late check out, they only extended for a hour noon. I told them I would pay extra for it and they couldn’t help. The staff members were really rude and not helpful at the hotel. I don’t plan on going back to camelback resort after this experience. "

"Had a great stay but the breakfast is awful. You get better chow in an Army chow hall. Thankfully didn’t book dinners."

"The room was very clean and well-appointed. The showers was most welcomed after a long day traveling. The bed was extremely comfy and I was extremely tired! A perfect match. "
