Variety of breakfast. Clean and big room. Have a nice space for parking. We went to a restaurant that was recommended by staff and it was amazing. Only one tiny thing : the room is a bit dim for my liking even when I turned on the lamps.

Great place to stay! The room was super clean, along with the bathroom. The staff was really nice, the chocolate chip cookies were a bonus, and breakfast was great with a huge spread that is available until 10am. I also really liked that you can open the window in the room. The bed is quite soft, so if that's something that maybe isn't the friendliest for your back, just keep that in mind. The later check-out time is great, too. We were only here for an overnight, but I will definitely be booking this hotel again when we are back in the Poconos.

Best thing about this Best Western is the staff. They are friendly, professional and accommodating. They made sure the supplied breakfast was hot, fresh and timely. Extra towels were supplied with a smile. We felt secure enough to leave personal expensive items in the room when we went out.

I stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival my room wreaked of heavy cigarette smell. The manager was very nice and switched me to another room. However, as far as cleanliness, I was not impressed. I ended up cleaning it myself. The bed itself was comfortable and loved the pillows. I did enjoy the heated pool & sauna. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff girls were lovely. This was my 1st time in the Poconos. I wish I had time to explore the Indoor Water park nearby.

This was one of the nicest "budget" hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fresh. The location was perfect, right off I-80. We only stayed one night on our way to New Hampshire, but we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Everything was clean , and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel shows it age, but they do a great job keeping everything up to date. Breakfast was your traditional continental breakfast, but tasted great and fresh. The pool was warm and I enjoyed that they keep it open until 10pm. I was able to take a quick dip after dinner. The pool is a heated as well.
