"Waited 6 hours for a room that I had to go 3 times to speak to the front desk as to why. There reasoning is housekeeping. How so? I should hv been reimbursed for the first night stay. Literally got my room almost 8pm from a 230 check in, "

"The staff were really nice but the hotel is dated. There were a couple of areas in my room that was not cleaned properly. The view from my room was excellent. My husband and I only stayed for one night but it was convenient and close to the Premium Outlets. Overall the hotel is fair and I properly will stay their again. "

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and their friendliness really makes a difference. What really sets this place apart is the beautiful pool area and the fire pit—such a nice touch! It’s the perfect spot for us to unwind in the evening and spend quality time together. These little details make the stay feel extra special and memorable. What keeps us coming back is how reliable the experience is—we know we’re going to have a wonderful, stress-free stay every time. It’s the perfect place for us to unwind, recharge, and enjoy time together. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!"
