"the resort was tastefully done. the casino is plenty the energy fun. food at the buffet amazing everything delicious so many choices staff kind and extremely helpful. they have a minibar which i did not partake but they should invest in a refrigerator so you can have some liquids water to store. i invested in a portable soft cooler for my stay"

"Overall the experience was really good. The front desk employees were friendly. The only 2 things that I felt needing improvement the pool could be more clean and the fitness area needs new equipment. But the rest was perfectly fine, breakfast, housekeeping and the lounge was 10/10. Thank you ! "

"Everything was great clean, staff was good . One bad thing was the elevator was super qhen we checked out as well as the front lobby as the Staff was full mopping when we left . No wet signs in elevator or lobby. My wofe is handicapped walki g qirh a cane. My thoughts are is full mopping should be done before 6am or after 12 noon. Not duri g breakfast and whe. People are checking out . And yes I am in the custodial trade . "

"Such a beautiful and lovely resort for kids and parents. The water park was very clean and had amazing lifeguards everywhere. Activities were great for all especially the dance parties. Wish it had better food options. But overall great place for kids. We will be back!"
