Anytime Its available ill stay here wether it be business or personal trip. ill eventually get to know the rest of the staff.. keep up the good work guys."

"The room had been remodeled, very well done except the trim in bathroom. The bathroom door swung open and the handle hit the glass shower door pretty hard if you didn't catch it. The AC never got the room temp below 75, no matter how much you adjusted the thermostat. Weird because it was blasting full speed and 66° when we first entered, and turned it down. The pool water was cloudy, and way over chlorinated. In fact, you could smell "chlorine" (pool odor) on the third floor. Staff was great, frielndly. The bed was soft, like a down topper, very comfortable. Mattress contained in a protective bag. The breakfast area in the lobby was very good and very well stocked. The lobby and halls were very clean. In some places the wallpaper poorly adhered along the top and seams. Ice and vending well supplied. No sign of mold or mildew in our ice machine (yes, I checked - bad experience elsewhere). All in, not a bad deal. But pushing the price point. We would stay again."

"We stayed June 12-14 for a family reunion. When we arrived the lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind. I couldn’t remember her name but she did let us know she’d be there until the end of her shift and could help with anything. Room was good. The A/C was nice and cool and the bed was comfortable. However I didn’t like the cigarette smell, sheets didn’t seem or smell clean they smelled like cigarettes as well. Luckily I had spray to get the smell out. The lady at breakfast the following morning. Cindy she was wonderful. She was so kind and was making sure everything was clean, stocked and ready for people to use. She even took my plate for me it was so kind. The pool and hot tub were accessible when we were there and it looked nice and clean. We didn’t swim since we were doing family reunions activities. Cleanliness of room 7/10 Staff 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 Check in and out 10/10 Also would like to add how the rate of the room was a fair price as well so couldn’t complain with that either"
