"The corridor was unclean, with visible signs of neglect. Cockroaches and other pests were present in the area. The overall standard of cleanliness does not meet the expectations for a three-star establishment, let alone a five-star facility."

Na 1uur wachten kwam een persoon toe die vertelde dat alle kamers volzet waren (ondanks onze reservatie). We waren blijkbaar niet de enige, de afgelopen 5 dagen waren verschillende boekingen 'vergeten'. De eigenaar van het hotel was onbereikbaar. Alle personeel die we spraken, getuigden hoe vreselijk het is om voor dit hotel te werken. De eigenaar/baas is onrespectvol naar hen toe en er zijn...

"Riad reposant, personnel très gentil, chambres spacieuses et bien équipés. Nous avons mangé deux soirs sur place et les tajines étaient excellents. En revanche le quartier nous a moins plu, nous ne y sommes pas senti bien."
