"We arrived at this property exhausted as we flew over night from Canada. We were greeted warmly with tea, dates and cookies. The amenities were all well described to us and we were acknowledged by all the staff. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with homemade shampoo, conditioners and body wash. We had fresh fruit in our room as well. The food in the restaurant was amazing so fresh, beautifully prepared and the service was outstanding. We enjoyed dinner music, tea, and a serene environment. Every need was attended to quickly and often before we knew we needed it. We had special service from Jalil who served most of our meals and made us beautiful tea and served it perfectly. Yousef jumped quite literally for anything we needed. It was the best experience in a hotel I have had. I would recommend to anyone visiting the incredible city of Marrakech to stay here and embrace the wonderful people. Thank you for making this experience so special. "

"This was the absolute perfect stay. Close and easy access to everything in the Medina, but a serene sanctuary that is a welcome break from the hustle and bustle. It is beautifully decorated, with many areas for relaxing, and great, comfortable rooms. All the comforts of home with gorgeous Moroccan style. Very helpful and hospitable staff. I highly recommend.
