"This was my first Ryokan and all I can say is WOW. What an amazing experience. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. As someone that also works in hospitality, I've never stayed anywhere else in the world that treats their guest as well as they do. Everything from the room, food, and onsen was spectacular. I would love to return if I ever get a chance."

"Good hotel! "

"Delicious meals, nice public bath, private bath also comfortable"

"The house is spacious and cosy. We’re a family of 4, we had a great time there."

"The Cabin was an amazing property - chic, comfortable, right near the Konpira shrine and the Kabuki theater. AND created and managed by a collective of young people in the town! Thoughtful details, great showers, toilets, beds, bedding - we really felt well accommodated. We would definitely stay again, and look forward to the further evolution of the space."

"Well located and okay facilities. Smell of cigarettes in the room, not bad but definitely present. Didn’t bother with the breakfast due to underwhelming reviews."

"If provide meals, food just like the local people, that's will be perfect "

"Very nice service, clean environment, pick-up driver with good driving manner, all of the facility keeps new. Private spa room is wonderful, the best enjoy in Japan ever."
