"I have been coming to Ac for decades and the showboat will never be a choice, 1 they charge their guest's 25$ per Day to park, the casinos are gone so there is no room service or restaurants open and staff dont care to show you other options. the fridge is broke "

"Clean room with extremely friendly staff. Housekeeping was easily accessible and attentive. All staff were accommodating. Restaurants and amenities were all awesome. Breakfast at Sunny’s was delicious. And Dinner at LaScala Fire was our favorite! We will definitely stay again. "

"The pool was out of order without any prior notice. Moldings in the room were falling off, the TV did not have sound until staff was called. App for room service did not work."

"4/3/26. The room we had was clean except the bathroom. Had a dam smell to it. The sink was draining slow. The toilet would make a squealing sound when flushed the whole time it would take the tank to refill and then the toilet backed up. "
