"We literally had ants crawling around the room. When we asked the staff to clean them they implied that we had brought the ants ourselves in our suitcases. "

We had to leave the hotel in the early morning, and they kindly helped us arranged a taxi and breakfast. One of the staff members also assisted us with our luggage."
