Excellent service! Breakfast and dinner were amazing. So much thoughts and efforts put into the food presentation, we truly appreciate the Japanese Kaiseki. Room was clean and cosy. Over the 3 night stay, we tried the public and family onsens. The public onsen has a wonderful snow-capped mountain view! Despite the icy cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor public onsen. So relaxing!

Pleasantly surprised by size of the room. Opposite a mall with good amenities and having an Onsen tub to soak in the room is a great way to relax after a day of walking.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed. It's spacious and hotel staffs are friendly and attentive.. however, all the restaurants are next door at Amane Seikai. So all your meals have to be taken there. It's a bit troublesome though. Breakfast is great.. simple and healthy. We had dinners at seafood restaurant and Japanese restaurant for 2 days. Price is very reasonable. Food is ok. Recommend you to eat at the hotel instead of travelling out.

Staff was very attentive, food was good and the onsen was superb! Villa was very spacious. Will love to visit again. Ranks up there with all the good ryokans I have stated in and at higher price point too.

The room is surprisingly bigger than the one in Hakata Chuo, same for house keeping doing the eco cleaning daily the housekeeper will change towel & clear all rubbish. The hotel staff & house keeper are very friendly,polite & patient. The hotel is connected to JR Oita station & Amu plaza, within walking distance hv lots of restaurant & retail store.
