"Good stay"

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

"Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. "Was here for a few days, the apartments were clean and had good facilities, although if you stay a few days, you'll need to ask for toilet paper or room service. My only negative was the front desk was often deserted, it was only on the last day I was told you could speak to the guard hut in that instance. The location is good, but you must have a car ! Buses and taxis are not easy to go by."
