"Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. "Location was very good. Breakfast was very good. Staff generally good, but check in staff was disinterested and not really listening. Gym should have water available. Our family suite was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony. However, 2 of the cups in room not washed on check-in! Can be noisy with 6am prayers (broadcasted with speakers by mosque near hotel). Earplugs were not effective in blocking the sound."

"We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for families. The host was very responsive, helpful, and quick to reply whenever we needed anything. All the check-in instructions were clear and well organized, and the video guide made it extremely easy to find the car parking and complete the check-in smoothly. The apartment was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and secure, with plenty of space for my family. The location is also excellent — it’s only around a 10-minute walk to Genting SkyAvenue, with a convenient bridge connecting the apartment building to the area. Another big advantage is having shops and restaurants within the apartment building, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Genting. Great location, clean and spacious apartment, excellent security, and a very helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!"

"Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. The staff are very helpful and even emailed me with a pdf file of must do’s. Easy to use Grab to get out to the attractions and for other restaurants. The breakfast is ok. Bed was comfortable but the best is the new linen and fluffy new towels."

"I had a couple of very pleasant days at the hotel, the room was clean. But when I arrived there was a puddle of water on the floor from a leaky fridge, it was fixed very quickly, but should have been checked before guests were arriving. Also, the engineer that came to fix it, just walked in which was disturbing. The shower is quite fiddly and the first night I couldn't have a shower as I couldn't get any water to come out, the engineer came the next day and got it going but after a long day of travel the shower really should be working. Apart from these 2 issues the grounds were beautiful and the back of the veranda faced the jungle."
