"This is not a 5 star resort Broken elevator.. rooms are old and furniture is run down.. beach area is nice though and good food at the Restaurant on site "

"Room directly above restaurant -good view of beach but air handlers noisy. Front door closed at top but not at bottom so it had a large gap in door jamb. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Elevator had signs that key card was needed to access rooms but it did’t work. Would have felt safer if it was working."

"Check in delayed, understaffed. Couldn't tell us how long a wait would be. Pool did not have enough chairs. You had to wake up at 8 am to claim a chair-so stupid. Spa was overpriced. Paid 200 for wife and daughter to get nails done that lasted less than 24 hours. Food was ok. Stayed on street side and was very loud at night. Starbucks on grounds was very convenient. "

"I was a bit concerned when I saw construction in front of the building, but when we got to our floor & room, I was in shock. The hotel smells and looks clean, and the room was up to par. Everything was very modern and our stay was very comfortable."

"Fabulous location. Rooms were standard but we didn't spend time in our rooms. My only complaint is the coffee. Yuck."
