"The bed was amazing! The property is an unique motel and the lay-out is challenging at first, but I figured it out after a few laps. The location is fantastic with a grocery store and a quaint downtown within walking distance."

"Stay was nothing special. Where my concern and complaint is (for both HI and Hotels.com) refers to a request to cx my stay early due to a sudden death of my mother. I had requested a credit of two days at the hotel and they deferred me to Hotels.com --- Hotels.com 'investigated' and they deferred the decision back to the hotel. ULTIMATLY the answer was NO by both! VERY unsatisfied customer at this point!"

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed did not have a very good mattress, so consider that when planning for extra people. Also, trying to get in the door was an experience. It took several attempts to figure out how that worked as well as how to lock it. There should be better instructions, and a reminder to hold the door tightly closed when locking or it won't engage. Booking through Expedia was ok, but was a bit misleading, as we thought we were getting a river view, however, this location was across the street and you could not see the river, also needed to cross the road to get to it. (not a deciding factor for future reservations as the site is lovely when you get there)"

"not. fancy accommodation because it’s pet friendly. place was spotless, odor free, quiet, easy self parking with a huge glassed in balcony with an incredible view. large community room with kitchen, utensils etc which would make for a terrific family reunion space, or large gathering area. about 8 other rooms. we will DEFINITELY be back and refer our friends! "

"There was an issue that the reservation through Expedia wasnt transfered to thier system so I didnt have a reservation in thier system! They quickly remedied the situation & gave us a beautiful room in thier newest section! It was brand new! I would definitely book with them again! My 2nd stay at Westgate in Coudersport, I will go back again! Friendly staff & great, reasonable accommodations!"

"We come out to Olean area several times a year to visit family. My only regret is that I did not find this place sooner. It exceeded my expectations by miles and miles. The location is great, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed was really comfortable. Every detail, was thought of. Definitely booking this again for our next stay."

"Never been to Wellsboro but found it to be a wonderful town - and this hotel is right in the middle of it. If you like Old School this is it; the hotel has a history. Rooms are small - and well-maintained - but old. It was built when people were shorter (we aren't tall - 5-8 and 5-2) but had to reach down for the sink. At first glance, the shower looked like it might not be all that great but pressure was excellent; one of the better hotel showers we've had and we travel quite a bit. Speaking of which, the front desk clerk - Dave - may be the friendliest most well-informed desk clerk ever. Gave us great information on the area and restaurant recommendations. It was only a one-night stay to see the Grand Canyon of PA but we plan to return!"
