"Clean, great location and great staff service"

"Excellent place, the best in town, hotel is new."

"The studio we booked was clean and organized. The only bad experience I had was with the washing machines. They take forever to wash and dry. Overall the room was in good condition. "

"Habitación limpia"

"Good location with a lot of restaurants and shops. Wished they had paperwork in English so it’s easier to fill out at check in. No water pressure at all so we felt like we couldn’t use shampoo or soap because we wouldn’t be able to rinse it off. Walls are extremely thin. You can hear every car passing by and conversations on the street."

"A great accommodation for the money. Room and bed were very comfortable. It was furnished with everything I needed for personal meal prep and dining. The location is centralized, close to stores and parks. No comment on the TV- did not use it. It was nice to shower with hot water. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. "

"The "glamping" tent is cheap, cozy and has a great view from the platform it is mounted on to view cuetzalan in the evening. The facilities are decent. Just remember your sandals."

"Nice hotel to spend the night!"

"Very clean and relaxed atmosphere Kind personnel"
