"Room was clean and the hotel was quiet with the exception of staff rolling a cart down the hallway in the early morning hours. The hotel was also close to some tasty and unique dining options. Staff was efficient and got the job done."

"A well maintained hotel with a clean spacious room. Great view from our floor-to-ceiling windows (you can't walk out onto the balcony but you have one). I liked the little shop next to check in where you can grab snacks, drinks or whatever toiletries you're lacking. No complaints."

"Unexpected stay"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites in Charleston WV. When arriving there was an event going on which did not impact my stay at all. I was in a room with no TV but a remote, I called front desk and they changed room instantly the only thing I had to carry everything back down to 1st get new key and go back to new room. The front desk attendant should have met me at room. I ordered room service and it was delivered quickly. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely go back!"
