"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

The location is great – there are good public transport connections, making it easy to reach the city center and main attractions. The apartment also comes with a BaselCard, which allows free use of public transportation – very convenient! Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Basel."
