"Clean and basic. Tv was blurry. Outside entrances and stairs (no elevator). Breakfast was packaged muffins n waffle maker I did not use and basic coffee. Staff was super nice. Just don’t expect much here."

"Room was not clean. Handles falling off drawers. Cover on heating unit fell off. Almost non existent continental breakfast. Mismatched furnishings. If it had not been for our late arrival I would have demanded a refund. Never staying at a Quality Inn again. I will also not use Hotels.com as a booking agent. "

"There were roaches all in the room. We picked up something that dropped on the floor and picked it up, 5 roaches scurried out from behind the desk running all over. Not even water roaches, the small ones. The parking was ok, check in was smooth, room wasn't terrible but someone used the bathroom and left it, urine and toilet paper in the toilet. "

"My stay was phenomenal!! Front desk and housekeeping was very generous. The breakfast buffet was sooo good with multiple choices and a great way to start your morning. They also have a restoration park that was giving a piece of mind and just a way with nature!! I loved my stay I would have gave 5 stars but the elevators didn’t work and it hurt my legs sooo bad walking up and down 4 flights of stairs.. my stay was to perfection… very comfortable and quiet.. they had snacks on sight n if u needed a drink of water, milk, apple juice, or orange juice, or a small snack they had that in the eating area free for the guest that literally stay there !! I loved that!!! I’m very pleased and this is the right hotel to choose period!!! Besides the elevators not working, WONDERFUL!! Thank u guys again!! Amazing stay"
