"Towels were dirty the bed sheets had a stain first n last time staying here . "

"The room was supposed to be Non smoking but smelled horrible. The cigarette smoke smell permeated the bedding, the bathroom linens, everything & staff would not do anything about it! "

"The room was dirty and the maid was sitting on the dresser when I was checking in vaping and when asked to change they told me absolutely not the property is also not clean at all"

"It's one of the newer hotels in Ruston and yet my room had significant water damage to the ceiling. I'm from the area and come back 5-6 times a year. Typically staying at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed no one has reached out to me after requesting mamager comtact me. "
